You can customize the partition on the larger drawer on some of our camper boxes and customize the colour of the front panels. Currently other customizations are not possible, but you are welcome to ask if you have a minor request since we are eager to help.

The Camper Company will, at its option, remedy defects by repairing or replacing the defective product without charge for parts or labor. Alternatively, they may issue a refund or credit toward the purchase of a new product.
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from conditions beyond The Camper Company’s control, such as modifications or repairs not authorised by the company, misuse, overloading, or failure to follow assembly, installation, or usage instructions.
The warranty does not cover parts subject to wear and tear, third-party products with their own manufacturer’s warranty, damage caused by improper handling, failure to follow operating instructions, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accidents, unlawful vehicle operation, or aesthetic deterioration over time.
The warranty covers damage caused by latent material or manufacturing defects, as well as damage caused by such defects.
Yes, when returning a product for warranty, you must include a copy of the invoice for the original sale. Warranty approvals will not be granted without an original invoice or copy of an invoice.
